Having Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is not easy to talk about. Most people spend their lives dealing with shame after a diagnosis with attention deficit symptoms.


Does any of this sound familiar? “I am a failure,” “I have not been born into power,” or “I can’t focus because I have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I can’t be successful because I can’t focus.” These are ideas Society labeled us as that may feel true.

Formulated beliefs developed when you were either too young to make a choice or we’re tired, sick, or in pain, and you just accepted the idea without inspecting the facts.
